House Rules & Noise (Reglas y Ruido)

• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Fines: Any HOA/Condo fines must be paid to the administration before check-out.
• Pets: Depends on the property. Check if your unit is "Pet-Friendly" and if a fee applies. Unauthorized pets result in eviction.
• Pool: Must follow specific Condominium Regulations at all times.

Cleaning & Deposits (Limpieza y Depósitos)

• Cleaning: Included, but frequency (weekly/bi-weekly) depends on your specific contract. Extra services have an additional cost.
• Security Deposit: Amounts vary by property and are refundable after inspection.

Important: Upon booking, you will receive a digital contract with the specific details of your property for your signature.
